Dr. Andrew Williams is an assistant professor in the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Department of Population Health. He sat down recently with Dakota Health to discuss prenatal healthcare in the U.S., growing up in the Dakotas, and what researchers are calling “maternal care deserts” – which includes much of North Dakota.
